Located on a prominent corner site near the bustling café scene of Acland Street, this four level residential apartment building has been designed to mirror the vitality and culture of St Kilda and features approximately 35 apartments.

A diverse array of materials and forms have been used to create a visually appealing and striking design that balances the busy street front with guaranteed privacy for residents within.

The non-uniformed triangular shape of the site required additional thought to ensure functional use of the space and an impressive modern design that fitted in with the bayside address.
