Live Brighton

Located within the bayside suburb of Brighton, Town Planning has been approved to create eight luxury residences with associated basement carpark. The three level residential complex will consist of 2 and 3 bedroom quality apartments. Construction is scheduled for 2019.

Consideration was given to the nearby railway line to minimise noise, with acoustic glazing and expansive facades central to the design. The apartment complex has appropriately elevated floor levels to overcome flood level obstacles.

The contemporary exterior design has been inspired by the broader bayside location, and reflects the rhythm of the adjoining properties. A palette of earthy colours and textures combined with an abundance of complimentary landscape treatment to give each residence a natural outlook and private lifestyle.
