WHITE STREET

In a development of 44 townhouses, we were challenged to design them with their own sense of residence and their own unique features, but complement one other through common themes and elements. The development saw home offices at the northern frontage on ground level with multi residential dwellings on the remainder of the site.

Design philosophy was an aspiration to provide high standard affordable and medium density accommodation. Through setbacks to the various buildings within the site, helping to alleviate the overlooking concerns towards the sensitive zones of adjoining properties. Building is sympathetic with recent approved developments in the area and consistent with the evolving neighbourhood character of the extensive housing precinct.
