Taylors Road

This multi-level residential complex, transitioning from four to ten levels was designed with a combination of one, two and three bedroom apartments, with associated indoor and outdoor communal facilities and basement car parking.

The residential complex is set within its natural, landscaped surroundings, with the landscape playing a significant role and being heavily integrated into the architecture. Designed and orientated to allow for an abundance of daylight and unobstructed views from all apartments, the vertical design comprises natural finishes and colours, with vertical cascading gardens broken up by ‘golden bands of sunlight’.

The island site and busy Taylors Road frontage of the complex, required careful consideration across the various elevations and apartments to ensure each featured maximum security and privacy, and minimal noise for future residents.
