Barton Tower

This 50 level apartment complex was designed in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD for city living at it’s finest, featuring a commercial podium, above ground parking and 400 residential and serviced apartments.

A combination of concrete and glass forms were used throughout this design to maximise the city views, with the glass on the building’s exterior providing a reflection of the sky and surrounding cityscape for visual impact.

Located on a narrow site within the busy inner city, consideration was taken to ensure a building that would create an extended, sculptured form that would provide visual interest to passers-by.
