CBG Architects are proud to announce construction of Stage 1- Eastern Building for Pavilion Green has commenced. Stage 1 construction has started with the basement and excavation which is set to be completed early 2019, with the upper levels to continue thereafter. Stage 2 and 3 of Pavilion Green will go to market mid-2019.

Scheduled for completion Christmas 2019, the first stage of this luxurious coastal residential apartment complex features 90 apartments (approximately 250 apartments overall in all stages) with large flexible 2 and 3 bedroom residences and penthouse lofts, delivering more space and light with luxurious interiors. The complex hosts a landscaped garden that takes centre stage that includes a communal private lounge area and a ground level café.

Inspired by its coastal location, the buildings design incorporates waves of curved linear bands that flow across the façade to create generous cantilevered balconies which embrace the views. Pietro Giordano, Interior Director at CBG Architects says, incorporating the beach-feel into the interior design was essential with its generously sized private and protected balconies and spacious internal layouts that bring in lots of light with a relaxed living style. Complementing this contemporary interior design is a natural material palette of timber, concrete and glazing, with fresh whites and warming earthy tones.
