Uniting Church

Briefed to create a single level extension to Ormond Uniting Church on the corner of North Road and Booran Road, a palette of natural colours were used to complement the existing church front.

The extension has been designed to promote a sense of community, with teaching facilities set to be utilised by the broader Glen Eira community. This is accompanied by further amenities and activities for the existing church congregation to use as it grows.

The light-filled, contemporary design provides a strong visual for the corner location and seamlessly integrates into the existing church.
