Traralgon

This commercial office building, located in the regional town of Traralgon in Victoria’s South East, was designed to facilitate open plan office design for private or government tenancy.

The layout allows tenants the flexibility of single or multi level occupancy, with key elements deliberately chosen to produce a building that would incur low on-going costs and maintenance requirements.

Careful consideration has been taken in ensuring the building includes a high level of Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) features and accessibility to daylight and natural ventilation within the budget provided.
