HORNE STREET

Within the Urban Renewal proposed for Elsternwick, this 14 level mixed use complex creates a landmark statement for a developing area. The proposal comprises ground level retail space, two levels of commercial office space, and 11 residential levels with 44 apartments.

The design reflects the connection of movement and motion through its form, both visually and physically, expressed through the progression of all the elements through the building. The building design adopts a podium tower design, with potential city and bay views. The prevailing external materials are bronze tinted glazing and textured concrete providing an enduring and timeless quality.

The expressive architectural design creates a visual gateway into the precinct to compliment the future vision for the area.
