Traditional prestige compliments modern day luxury in this six level, mixed-use development. Designed to place a strong emphasis on quality amenities, finishes and a bold external outlook to create a luxurious, boutique design in this established Melbourne suburb.

The podium design has been used to seamlessly integrate the building within the commercial street presentation of the adjoining buildings and the high pedestrian traffic along Malvern road. Considered design to ensure future residents have security and privacy from the street, along with bay and city views from the upper levels.

Deliberately combining textures, rich materiality, simple lines, neutral tones, accents of metal and glass, creating a cohesive narrative. Materials have been considered for their enduring properties, with natural tones to add an appealing softness to the structure. Interiors explore the same elegance that compliments the design philosophy.
