New year, fresh look for CBG Architects

2017 was a big year for CBG – it saw us move to a new studio in South Melbourne, refresh our branding, and launch our new website.

We are proud to share a few of these changes as 2018 begins, each of which highlight our strength as an Architecture and Interior Design firm. Our diverse experience and our ability to produce timeless architecture provide a lasting legacy on the built environment.

A NEW HOME

After 17 years in St Kilda, we are pleased to announce that we have moved creative workspaces to South Melbourne – Melbourne’s bustling hub for all things food, fashion and creative design.

We have a new generation of senior team members moving into leadership roles and a stronger focus on our interior design offering. Our new creative space features a mixture of team pods and open collaborative spaces, designed to encourage team interaction and ideas sharing to bring every project vision to life.

A NEW FACE

Aligning with our move, we underwent a brand refresh to create an identity for CBG that further reflects our passion for architecture and design.

This included the update of our company logo and all branding material, from our business cards and plans, to our presentation documents and website.

Our new company colours have been carefully chosen to suit our aesthetic across a palette of mixed greys and warm hues, combined with strong graphic photography that focuses on the detail, consideration and graphic elements of our work, with all elements combined expressing our new brand.

A NEW VOICE

The final stage of our brand refresh was the launch of our new website at the end of last year.

Incorporating all our new design elements, the new website focuses on featuring a mix of our current and completed projects across residential, commercial and mixed use, including our recently completed Environmental Pods in Hepburn Springs and our competition winning design for the Gorge Hotel in Launceston.

Led by Design Director Pietro Giordano, the new platform also focuses on some key interior design projects as we move to expand our CBG interiors.

As we move into 2018 we look forward to seeing what the year holds and keeping you updated on the many new exiting projects on the horizon. Be sure to visit our LinkedIn and Instagram pages for more updates.
