Architectural building designed to compliment the visble, open, narrow and prominent corner site to minimise visual bulk and mass. The multi-level residential building, consists of lower level commercial, basement carpark and residences above, with minimal setback to Ferrars Street which is consistent with neighbouring properties while making a strong complementing visual impact to the corner with the opportunity for city views.

Contemporary architectural screening to the east and west facades combats the potential acoustic obstacles with the site location in near proximity to the light rail, whilst increasing privacy and security for occupants. Communal roof terrace on podium roof compliments the private balconies to each apartment, with space also allowing for the upper level roof to be utilised for ESD initiatives.

Architectural and bold form has been inspired by the traditional forms of the industrial surrounds, with the final form designed to create a single architectural language and a unified architectural response.
